When Lance is not building beautiful homes and developing home sites, you can find him driving one of his classic cars. Holder Homes LLC. is active in the local Cars & Coffee group in Grants Pass that meets weekly.
Along with actively attending Cars & Coffee meet-ups, Lance and his wife enjoy attending the car show annually, Gathering at the Oaks that is held at the Medford Country Club and raises money for the Sparrow Clubs.
It's one more way we believe in building more than homes - we're building community.
